There are people, programs, and communities out there doing beautiful work — and every once in a while something lands in my hands that I want to pass along. This page is that. Each resource here is something I've personally found meaningful, whether for the clients I work with or for my fellow practitioners doing their own growing. This isn't a directory. Think of it as a short list of good company.
Whether you're in therapy and looking to go deeper, or you're not quite ready for sessions and want somewhere to start, these are places I feel good sending you.
Jessica Garcia is a Houston-based yoga instructor, sound bath facilitator, and retreat host with fifteen years of teaching experience. She came to yoga through her own experience with anxiety, and that personal knowing shows up in how she holds space. She offers weekly slow flow and restorative classes, women's moon circles, sound baths, and wellness retreats — including a Spring Equinox Retreat designed specifically for mental health practitioners.
Latino Outdoors is a national nonprofit connecting Latinx comunidades to the outdoors — centering cultura, celebrating familia, and making clear that nature belongs to all of us. Their Vamos Outdoors program organizes hikes, camping trips, and community events across the country, including here in Texas, and their Semillitas program centers youth and families. For anyone doing nature-based healing, or who has ever felt the outdoors wasn't made for them, this community can be a beautiful extension of the work we do in session.
Therapists, healers, and helpers need their own sources of nourishment. These are for you — people and spaces I trust to hold that work with care.
Rosemary is a licensed mental health counselor offering self-paced online courses for people who want to understand themselves more honestly. Her flagship course, Fault Lines, takes a clear-eyed look at self-trust — not as a feel-good concept, but as something you can actually practice. She also offers a clinician training, Abusive Pattern Dynamics: A Clinician's Guide to Paradigms of Domination or Dignity, for therapists who want a deeper framework for recognizing and working with harmful relational patterns.
