Some things are easier when we don't have to do them alone. These gatherings are open to anyone who feels the pull — whether you are in therapy, curious about healing, or simply looking for a place to breathe alongside others. They are low-pressure, held in real places, and led with the same care you'd find in a session.
Join Irma Guerrero-Ali, LMFTS — who specializes in walk-and-talk therapy and holistic healing — for a gently guided walk through nature, paired with real conversation and connection along the way. We'll weave in simple mindfulness and grounding practices that ease stress and invite a little more clarity into your day; no experience or background needed, just a willingness to be present. This is a safe, supportive space to simply be, and past walkers have found it lifts their mood, eases anxiety, and reconnects them with themselves and others. It's free and open to adults, with just 8 spots available.

This live, virtual session offers a grounded introduction to nature-informed therapy and walk-and-talk therapy as clinical approaches — how to bring the outdoors into session structure, informed consent, and do's and don'ts and what shifts (and what doesn't) when the therapy room becomes a trail. It's built for therapists and clinicians who are curious about these modalities and want a solid starting point before bringing them into their own practice. We'll meet over Zoom for 1.5 hours, with 1.5 CE credit hours available for attending live. *An additional experiential outdoor practicum will be offered on a different date for $20, 1hour CE included, with attendance of virtual training, Saturday, October 3 2026 at 10AM. Location: Challenger Seven Memorial Park, Webster, TX

I'll be there as a vendor at this community wellness fair hosted by Radiance Healer's Sanctuary — an open afternoon of free group experiences, sound baths, and local healers gathered together in one garden space. Come find my table for a small seed-planting exercise, where we'll pause to name what you're ready to release and what you'd like to grow in this next season, then plant an actual seed to carry that intention home with you. I'll also have 10-minute mini energy cleanses on offer, a quick and grounding saging session to help you clear what you're carrying before you move on to the next booth.
Join Irma, Kifferie, Bhawna, Gwen & Jessica for a midweek pause as the sun goes down — we'll open with an a nature exercise, settle into ear acupuncture for a little grounding, and close together in a sound bath while the sky turns gold. No experience needed, just come as you are and let the evening slow you down. Registration and tickets are handled through our linked sign-up page.

Join a small group for in-person, outdoor therapy at Challenger Seven Memorial Park, bringing the grounding benefits of Nature Informed Therapy into a shared, supportive space. This series meets weekly for four consecutive Thursdays, October 15 through November 5, 2026, with each session running 5:00–6:30 pm. The $360 fee covers all four sessions, and any materials used during group are included, so all you need to bring is yourself.

I'll be joining the 8th Latino Health Summit as a speaker — presenting on a panel, "Rooted in Healing: Latino Mental Health & Nature," and leading a short mindfulness exercise for everyone in the room. Hosted by the Hispanic Health Coalition in partnership with Harris County Precinct 2, this free day of Latino health and wellness programming fills Rice University's BRC Building from morning to evening.
If none of these gatherings land at the right time, reach out and let me know — I keep a quiet list of people who want to be notified when something new is added. You are also always welcome to get in touch simply to ask what is coming.
