It’s ok to be afraid sometimes. It’s not ok to let your thoughts make you afraid. Whether it’s a bridge you are about to drive over, a new challenge at work, or a new life experience, you keep trying to move forward, but worry thoughts and stress make it feel like a sweat inducing, heart wrenching, constant uphill battle. Or maybe you’re so tired and worn out you know longer trust your path is clear nor safe.
But you know it hasn’t always been like this. There’s been many good times throughout your life, it just feels like you too are having to remind yourself, “it’s going to be ok”. Let’s take matters into your own hands and create that clear and safe path. I drive a therapeutic bulldozer with fists filled with flowering seeds ready for planting. Your beautiful life is waiting for you on the other side.
“Clear and Safe Path.” This is the actual phrase I say to myself every time I am faced with fear.
If you are ready to flow, you’re in the right spot!
Hi, I’m Irma.
And I am a magical manifester. Or in more logical concrete terms, I am a goal-oriented, confident, strategic and therefore, can make shit happen, type Licensed Marriage and Family therapist.
Therapy with me helps you find the strength you’ve always had but may have forgotten or hidden. Together, we uncover it and bring it back to you.
I'm serious when I say I'm magic. My family and friends call me lucky, though I don’t believe in luck. I trust that when I'm in the flow, things turn out better than expected. It’s a mindset shift, even when there challenges, having faith and confidence can make the difference in whether you stay stuck or keeping moving. Everything might turn out perfectly or at least be a heck of an adventure.
Sometimes it feels like the magic is gone, like it was never real, leaving you tired and hopeless. Let’s change that together. It starts with your mindset and your heart. Some days may still be hard, but you can make them special—like a great day when everything goes well, the coffee tastes extra smooth, and lunch brings a surprise pizza. That’s the feeling I want you to have more often, whether at work, home, or anywhere else.
I care deeply about my family, my work with you, and my freedom—the freedom to be my true, unique self right now. I truly wish the same freedom for you.
‘Truth & courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.’

in therapy with me…
We’ll dig deep.
Think of this as a hike. At first it’s leisurely and easy. Midway, you might begin to feel some discomfort, burning in your legs, maybe begin to sweat or have more physical sensation. Towards the end, we continue to push through the hard parts, but we can see we are almost there. Upon completing the hike, you feel accomplished, and somehow you feel recharged.
You’re in charge.
That said, I do both gently push and sometimes I shove you to get there. Mostly, you have all the space and attentiveness you need to process your thoughts and feelings. Together we create a space where you feel comfortable and your goals and needs are addressed.
I’ll cheer you on.
Although I was never a cheerleader physically, I have always been an encouraging motivator. I help you feel like the possibilities are endless…and they are. You are whole, perfect and complete.
